Meet Ryan

Ryan has closed deals throughout Morris, Somerset, Essex, Union, & Passaic Counties and has been quoted in publications including US News & World Report and appeared on Million Dollar Listing New York. Ryan has a dual degree in Accounting and Marketing from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Debbie’s remarkable success is driven by her tireless efforts to serve her clients to the highest degree in a professional, friendly, and supportive manner. Debbie Bruen was born and raised in Morris County and is passionate about her community. Debbie holds a B.S. degree from Rider University and is Agency and Fair Housing Certified, and is a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Meet Scott
Scott brings his wealth of knowledge in sales training and problem solving to The Bruen Team, with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He as Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker for more than 20 years, managing the Convent Station, Morris Plains/Parsippany, Clinton, Morristown, Madison/Chatham and Bernardsville/Basking Ridge offices. Prior to his management positions, Scott had a very successful 20 year run as a top performing sales associate. Scott earned the prestigious President’s Club award for managers several times and served as a Trustee for the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors.
Meet Carolyn
Born and raised in the Morristown area, Carolyn shares her intimate knowledge of Morris County real estate and marketing expertise with her clients. Carolyn’s extensive business background ranges from project management to marketing to running her own successful business. She worked for Prudential and MetLife as a Director before starting her own image and branding company, First Impression Style LLC, for 10+ years. Carolyn has a B.S in Business Administration from Montclair State University and an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
